E2PACKMAN drives Europe’s innovation in microelectronics assembly and packaging, enabling device miniaturization and strengthening the entire value chain. The project advances materials research, equipment, and processes while boosting industrial production capabilities across Europe. With 60 partners from 13 countries, E2PACKMAN supports both major semiconductor suppliers and SMEs, fostering a collaborative network to produce cutting-edge devices entirely within Europe.
